How do I make up my own package? I can?t see one that suits me

Email us and we will be able to help with a custom itinerary.

Do you have a package that would suit if I've never skied/snowboarded before?

Our first timer packages would be perfect. try the Learner Lift or Intro to Snow.

Is clothing included in the packages?

No, however you can rent all clothing necessary by adding it to your package and you collect it with your rental equipment.

Can I take a day off with the packages?

Yes, with most packages a day off the slopes can be taken at anytime during your holiday. However, if you have rental equipment included, you can only take a break for one day. This is due to the rental equipment only allowing one days grace absolutely free of charge when you hire equipment for three days or more. If you wish to take more than one day off over your holiday you will need to either return the rental equipment in-between or pay for the extra days hire.

Can I swap between skiing and snowboarding on a package?

Yes, with the exception of the beginner packages as it is recommended that you stick to one discipline during the learning phase. Chat to the rental staff on arrival and they can advise you.

Should I get a lesson if I have never skied/snowboarded before?

Yes. At least one lesson is recommended if you have never skied/snowboarded before. The instructor will teach you techniques and ways to do things to prevent injury. You will progress much faster in lessons with a qualified instructor rather than if you were to learn from a friend or just go for it on your own, meaning the rest of your ski holiday will be much more enjoyable.

Is there anything to do for non-skiers?

Yes. There is tubing at Coronet Peak and guided snowshoe tours?available. Browse the Thrill and Relax?areas of our site to see the numerous activities available to book in Queenstown. If you can get bored in the adventure tourism capital of the world there is something wrong.
