Burgers are a very personal choice, so we are not rating these Queenstown Burger joints. Instead we challenge you to try them all and make up your own mind which one is best!


A Queenstown iconic brand, the Fergburger has been a favourite burger bite for many years. The true locals will remember the humble beginnings of this epic burger from the whole in the wall in Cow Lane. Now on the main street of town in a flash shop, and thousands of happy customers later the Fergburger still delivers the goods!

The World Bar, Mega Burger

If you thought other burgers were big then you haven’t tried The  World Bars Mega Burger. Just you try to wrap your laughing crops around this one…go on, we dare you!

What’s in it: Beef slab, bacon, pulled pork, bacon, onion rings, bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato. Plus fries on the side, all for $19. Did we mention bacon?

Over on Church Street is a burger joint where you can actually sit down and dine in while you savour every mouthful of this hand crafted devilish goodness! This South African inspired burger will make you smile. The Mozambique Burger is a delicious spicy peri-peri chicken burger served with love from the talented team at Flame. Known for its famous ribs (which have also got to be devoured!) the burgers here are full flavoured quality ingredients put together for your eating pleasure.

Atlas Burger

Atlas Beer Café is just a sweet place to hang out with mates and enjoy a good feed.
